Kristi Stepp

Kristi has over 25 years of experience in human resources across the automotive, healthcare and workforce solutions industries. Her experience includes strategic planning, change management, operational excellence, and team collaboration. Kristi is passionate about education and learning. In addition to her professional experience leading global learning organizations for Fortune 500 companies, she is board vice president of the Cornerstone Jefferson-Douglass K-8 school board and sits on the board of the historic Pewabic Pottery, both based in Detroit, Michigan.
