Help family members, colleagues and employees think about and plan for new ways of working and communicating.
Prepare for the massive ramp-up and pull on resources when things get back to normal – and communicating the new normal.
Treat this quarantine time like a holiday shutdown – get extra rest, reconnect with family and friends, rebalance priorities and redefine your vision for the future (get really excited about building your roadmap).
Stay true and consistent to the "4 F’s" for life balance – Faith, Family, Fitness and Finances. We can only be highly effective if we are grounded in core values.
