Impact of COVID-19 on employee productivity and engagement

Last month, Herta Communications engaged with Sigred Solutions on a survey to assess employee engagement and company culture. Since we launched the survey during the initial stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, our questions focused on that topic.

  • The assessment of productivity and engagement varied significantly by generation

  • In a post COVID-19 workplace, employees expect to see a significant increase in the amount of time they work from home
